The story of a photographer

My name is Kelly Lisner, a photographer based out of Yorkville, Illinois and covering many surrounding cities. Creating images has been a constant passion and interest since I was a teenager. It’s been 17 years since I started my own company and creating photos that will be passed on from generation to generation.

My goal is to create images documenting the most important memories of your life; to capture your personal love story and have it permanently recorded in time. I have gained immeasurable insight in to what it means to work hard, with passion, vision, intention, and artistry. My work is my obsession, so every day I strive to further develop my passion. 

My portfolio showcases some of my favorite images from the past few years. I strive to create photographs that not only capture a moment, but also capture a feeling and essence.

One of my favorite parts of my job is you; the people I get to meet and work with. It is such an honor to be asked to capture important moments in people’s lives. To be asked to be a part of important events, hearing your stories, witnessing love stories unfold, watching kids grow up, it is all such a gift to call this my job!
